Ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) reconstructions have recently reached “epidemic” proportions at the professional level. In addition to surgical reconstruction, many non-operative injuries occur in competitive overhead athletes. Lecture will be implemented to achieve the stated objectives. The instructor will provide an overarching review of the literature as it pertains to elbow injury epidemic in overhead athletes.  Participants will be able to reflect on their current rehabilitation and return to play plan for elbow injuries and make appropriate modifications for future rehabilitation interactions.
